Payment and Refund
Since your payment for manuscript publication or purchase of an e-book is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after publication (in case of a published manuscript) or download (in case of an e-book) or open, online or offline, by a user, and all purchases made on https://skies.education are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Condition for refund
Notwithstanding the no refund policy stated above, a customer is entitled to a refund in full, if after making a purchase and the digital product link is not made available immediately after contacting us at [email protected] (see details on delivery of digital products below)
Delivery of Digital Products
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing or payment, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
