Refund Policy
The payment for publication of articles or purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any payment or purchase
Payment and Refund
Since your payment for manuscript publication or purchase of an e-book is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after publication (in case of a published manuscript) or download (in case of an e-book) or open, online or offline, by a user, and all purchases made on https://skies.education are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Condition for refund
- Notwithstanding the no refund policy stated above, a customer is entitled to a refund in full, if after making a purchase and the digital product link is not made available immediately after contacting us at [email protected] (see details on delivery of digital products below)
- Refunds: Granted only in cases of duplicate payment, technical issues preventing access, or service non-delivery.
Delivery of Digital Products
Normally, customers receive the digital product link automatically upon payment. If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing or payment, you can immediately contact [email protected] with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Price Review & Updates
- Prices are reviewed annually to reflect market conditions, inflation, and operational costs.
- Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via official channels.
Policy Enforcement
